The survey was very positive overall and we would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to contribute to this both online and on paper. The main issues that we are considering are the early morning telephone demand and, although overall access to appointments was good, the problem where patients prefer to see only one doctor. If you would like to be involved in future surveys please email us your details or alternatively leave your email address at reception in preparation for next year.
