This is a study run by physiotherapists working with the research team at the Arthritis Research UK Primary Care Centre, Keele University, which will investigate the clinical course, characteristics and prognostic indicators in patients presenting in primary care with low back and leg pain.
We will offer patients who present with low back and leg pain the opportunity to take part in the study. Physiotherapy assessment and traetment will be available for all patients, including those who decide not to take part in the study or who are not eligible for the study.
