Patient Satisfaction Survey

The patient satisfaction survey was very positive overall and we would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to contrubute to this both online and on paper. The main issues that we are considering are the early morning telephone demand and, although overall access to appointments was good, the problem where patients prefer to see only one doctor.
